The agreement between us
Terms of service
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you access Momentum OS, a service operated by Josh Llewellyn-Jones trading as Momentum Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using Momentum
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You may use Momentum for your own creator or business activity. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, access another person's data, reverse engineer protected parts of the product or use Momentum unlawfully.
Connected platforms
When you connect Instagram or YouTube, you authorise Momentum to read the account and analytics data shown in the platform consent screen. Momentum does not receive permission to publish, edit or delete your content. You can revoke a connection through the relevant platform.
Recommendations
Momentum uses available performance data and automated analysis to suggest content decisions. Recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee of reach, followers, revenue, partnerships or any other result. You remain responsible for what you create, publish and claim.
Subscriptions and Founding Member access
Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown when you subscribe unless you cancel before the next billing date. Payments are processed by Stripe. Founding Member or promotional access may be supplied without charge and may have separate written conditions. Any material change to paid pricing or plan limits will be explained before it applies to a renewal.
Your content and our product
You keep ownership of your content, account data and brand assets. You grant Momentum the limited permission needed to process authorised data and provide the service. Momentum Studio retains ownership of the software, design, methods and product materials. Feedback may be used to improve the product without identifying you publicly unless you agree otherwise.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep Momentum reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. The service relies on providers including Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Stripe, Supabase and Netlify. Their outages, API limits or policy changes may affect features.
Ending access
You may cancel a subscription or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address unpaid fees. Where practical, we will explain the reason.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Momentum Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities or decisions made solely on automated recommendations. For paid use, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for Momentum during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts will have jurisdiction unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
