You can remove Momentum's access to a connected platform at any time through the platform's own connected-app settings.

Request deletion from Momentum

1. Email joshllew24@gmail.com using the email address associated with your Momentum account.
2. Use the subject line “Momentum data deletion request” and name the Instagram or YouTube account you connected.
3. We will acknowledge the request, verify ownership where necessary and delete the relevant account, connection tokens, imported analytics and generated recommendations, unless a record must be retained by law.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Disconnecting Instagram or YouTube stops future access immediately but does not by itself remove previously imported Momentum data, so please send a deletion request if you also want that removed.
